The company expanded into the manufacture of laminates in 1994, with the establishment of our state-of-the-art facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and have since been providing our customers with diverse, dependable and decorative High-Pressure Laminates (HPL).

What are High Pressure Laminates?
Multiple layers of absorbent kraft paper are bonded with impenetrable phenolic resin under a single layer of carefully selected, imported décor paper at the top – all of which are fused together using immense heat and pressure to form a single, rigid, HPL sheet. As some of the most durable decorative surface material, HPLs have special performance qualities such as chemical, fire and wear resistance, and are suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications, in residential and commercial spaces alike.
Our High-Pressure Laminates conform to IS 2046 and NEMA LD3 standards and are available in the standard size of 2.44m x 1.22m (other sizes can be provided as per requirements).

Post Forming Laminates
Post Forming Laminates, under the Flexiart range, that are capable of being thermoformed under controlled temperate and pressure. These laminates are bendable and can be used to seamlessly cover corners and eliminate sharp edges between vertical and horizontal panels, providing for smooth, attractive surfaces
Ideal for: shutters, countertops, furniture tops, executive tables, modular office systems, computer work stations, storage cabinet doors, etc.
Flooring Grade Laminates
Flooring Grade (High Surface Wear) Laminates that have high abrasion resistance of 3000-7000 cycles, for areas of heavy traffic and constant, daily usage. They are also available in a suede finish and can be found in thicknesses of 1.0mm, 1.5mm and above
Ideal for: flooring, commercial spaces (offices, receptions, store countertops, restaurant table tops, etc.) storage cabinet doors, etc.

Used in both vertical and horizontal applications, they can have decorative faces on one or both sides and come in thicknesses ranging from 4mm to a maximum of 20mm. Laminates above 6mm are self-supporting.
Ideal for: office cabins/cubicles, partitions, washroom stalls, lockers, coach building, bus/truck bodies, etc.
Unicolor Laminates
Unicolor Laminates that are homogenous, with the same color in the core as is on the surface, allowing for uniformity and a superior aesthetic value, without any visible dark edges in contrast to regular laminates. Because of their colored core, they can be engraved or carved into interesting 3D designs and textures
Ideal for: tabletops, counter-tops, bedrooms, bar & lounge areas, reception conference rooms, gyms and spas, retail displays, etc.
Fire Retardant Laminates
Fire Retardant Laminates that are highly resistant to fire (specifically to Spread of Flame and to the risk of toxic fumes), heat and abrasion. These products, available in 1mm and above, conform to international standards set by BS 476 and have a Class 1 Fire Rating
Ideal for: kitchens and fire prone areas, cabinets, interior doors, wall panels, elevators, use in public places like airports, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, banks, and in marine ship building, railway coach building, etc.

Marker Grade Laminates with non-porous glossy white surfaces that can be written on, erased and rewritten on with recommended marker pens, making them the perfect writing boards.
Ideal for: use as writing boards in schools, offices, hospitals, notice boards, etc.
Chalk Board Laminates
Chalk Board Laminates with special surfaces meant for easy, affordable use by standard writing chalk in both vertical and horizontal applications. They render excellent contrast against chalk markings and ensure clean erasure with no ghost effects.
Ideal for: use as writing boards in schools, colleges, offices, restaurants, notice boards, etc.
Liner Laminates
Liner Laminates that are exclusively designed for use in interiors of cabinets, wardrobes and shelves, eliminating the need for painting, polishing, finishing and constant maintenance. These laminates are available in lower thicknesses to provide neat, clean and perfect interiors to your furniture. They are also insect/pest resistant
Ideal for: internal linings of cabinets, wardrobes & shelves
Phenolic Backers
Phenolic Backers for balancing the laminate composite with MDF/particle boards, etc., to reduce warping, especially in vertical applications and in post forming laminates. These do not have any decorative surface
Ideal for: backing in flooring and furniture
